Your daily tasks will include: Attending calls and responding to emails from clients and dealerships. Following up with customers until their inquiries are fully resolved. Making reminder calls and following up on incidents to achieve maximum satisfaction. Updating databases, drafting reports, and creating summaries. What we offer: Permanent position with an indefinite contract from the beginning. Salary: €22.000 gross per year.
