Customer Service Representative – Dutch speaker

As a Customer Service Representative, you will support customers and dealerships by phone and email. Your mission is to provide clear information, follow up on cases and ensure customers receive a great service experience.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Support customers with questions, issues or requests

  • Follow up on open cases until completion

  • Provide solutions and escalate when needed

  • Make reminder calls and gather customer feedback

  • Update CRM tools and prepare summaries or reports

  • Share insights to help improve processes and customer satisfaction

This position is based in Barcelona. The first two months are on-site for training and onboarding. After that, the role becomes hybrid (50% remote).
