Customer Service Representative (Dutch)

Customer Service Representative role with daily tasks including attending calls and responding to emails from clients and dealerships, following up with customers until inquiries are resolved, making reminder calls, updating databases, drafting reports, and creating summaries. Offers a permanent position with an indefinite contract from the beginning, salary €22-24.000 gross per year, telecommuting policy of up to 50% after training (~3 months), 23 vacation days, and additional incentives. Requires C1-level English and fluent Dutch; preferably full-time; 50% hybrid work from Barcelona office with ~3 months on-site for adaptation.
