Customer Service Representative – Dutch speaker
As a Customer Service Representative, you will support customers and dealerships by phone and email. Your mission is to provide clear information, follow up on cases and ensure customers receive a great service experience.
Your main responsibilities:
Support customers with questions, issues or requests
Follow up on open cases until completion
Provide solutions and escalate when needed
Make reminder calls and gather customer feedback
Update CRM tools and prepare summaries or reports
Share insights to help improve processes and customer satisfaction
This position is based in Madrid. The first two months are on-site for training and onboarding. After that, the role becomes hybrid (50% remote).
