Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst-(BCBA)

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)\n• Provide direct ABA services in-home (with opportunities in school and community settings)\n• Partner with families and caregivers to create consistent, effective support systems\n• Coach and empower parents with practical strategies\n• Track progress and adjust plans using data-driven insights\n• Collaborate with your team through case consultations and meetings
