Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

SenseSational Learning Group is seeking a creative, energetic BCBA who's passionate about early childhood development and neurodiversity-affirming practice. Provide individualized ABA services across home, school, and community settings using NDBI and naturalistic approaches. Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop collaborative intervention plans. Implement naturalistic, play-based interventions in natural environments. Partner with families as true collaborators (not just "trainers"). Coach parents, caregivers, and teachers on neurodiversity-affirming strategies. Work across home, school, and community settings. Facilitate skills-based group sessions to support social, behavioral, and functional development.
