As a BCBA or BCaBA on our team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health services. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children with autism and developmental disabilities; Developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans; Providing one-on-one therapy and family support; Supervising and mentoring BTs/RBTs to ensure consistent, high-quality care; Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to create well-rounded care solutions; Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation (HIPAA-compliant); Staying informed on current research and best practices in behavioral health.
