We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Head to lead and scale our digital presence across platforms, with a strong focus on Social Media Marketing. This role is responsible for shaping the brand’s voice, driving engagement, and building a high-impact online community. You will own end-to-end social media strategy, from content planning and campaign execution to performance tracking and optimization. The ideal candidate brings a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and data-driven decision-making, with the ability to translate brand vision into compelling digital narratives. Based in New Delhi, this is a full-time opportunity offering significant ownership, visibility, and the chance to influence brand growth in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand positioning and business goals
- Own and manage all social media platforms including content calendars, posting schedules, and campaign planning
- Lead content strategy by collaborating with creative teams to produce high-quality, engaging, and platform-specific content
- Drive audience growth, engagement, and brand awareness through innovative campaigns and storytelling
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms to keep the brand ahead of the curve
- Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, follower growth) and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
- Manage paid social campaigns in collaboration with performance marketing teams
- Build and nurture a strong online community through active engagement, responses, and reputation management
- Collaborate with influencers, creators, and external partners to amplify brand presence
- Oversee social media budgets, tools, and vendor relationships where required
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints and communication channels
- Lead, mentor, and scale the social media team, setting clear KPIs and performance benchmarks
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 4+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing with proven success in scaling brand presence
- Strong understanding of platform dynamics including Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging channels
- Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize and execute high-impact campaigns
- Data-driven approach with hands-on experience in analytics tools and performance tracking
- Experience managing both organic and paid social media strategies
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with a keen eye for content quality and brand voice
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high ownership and accountability
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and product
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
