Schedule: Monday to Friday, Rotative Shifts (06:00 22:00)
Work Model: On-Site

About the Role:

We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lisbon! If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers, this is the opportunity for you.

What Youll Do:

Assist customers via phone, email, and chat
Provide solutions for website-related inquiries
Troubleshoot and guide users through issues
Ensure a positive customer experience

What We Offer:

Competitive Salary: 900 euros/month x 14 months
Bonus: up to 80 euros/month (paid over 12 months)

What You Need:

Native or fluent French and good English skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Customer service experience is a plus
