Description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position at Bloom ABA, LLC, a Finni Health company. Hybrid – Quincy, IL / Hannibal, MO (In-person with some telehealth opportunities). Pay: $70,000 - $75,000 per year (full-time). Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, flexible options. Responsibilities include conducting assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children with autism and developmental disabilities, developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans, providing direct supervision, caregiver training, and family support, supervising BTs/RBTs, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation, delivering services in-person with telehealth opportunities, and staying informed on ABA research.

Qualifications: Active BCBA certification, Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field, Active LBA licensure in Illinois and MO required, experience with Autism/Developmental Disabilities, strong communication skills, CPR certification preferred, HIPAA training, background check, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, kneel, sit on the floor, etc.
