Description
Were looking for Italian-speaking Customer Support Agents to join an international customer support team. Youll be the voice of the company—assisting customers via phone, chat, and email, resolving inquiries with empathy and precision while maintaining high service quality standards.
Your Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
Record all interactions accurately in the companys CRM system.
Provide clear, correct, and professional customer support in line with internal procedures.
Work within a structured, international support environment.
What You Bring
Language skills: Italian C2 and English B2
Strong customer orientation with an empathetic and solution-focused mindset.
Ability to work in a dynamic, shift-based environment.
Comfortable using CRM tools and multiple digital platforms.
Whats in It for You Salary & Bonuses
Base Salary: €1,045.72 gross/month
After 12 months: €1,100.00 gross/month (applicable from the first available payroll cycle after completing 12 months)
After 3 years: €1,150.00 gross/month (applicable from the first available payroll cycle after completing 3 years)
Productivity Bonus: Up to €200.00 (based on performance and target achievement)
Schedule & Work Setup
Shifts: Rotational, Monday–Sunday between
Work Location: Remote from Greece (NOE – Athens based)
WAHA (Work From Home) Option: YES
