Job Overview
We are hiring an Italian-speaking Customer Service Agent for an on-site position in Piraeus, Athens, Greece. In this role, you will assist customers with shipment inquiries, delivery updates, and billing questions while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
Assist with shipment tracking and delivery-related questions.
Handle billing inquiries and claims requests.
Provide support for system navigation and account setup.
Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Maintain professional and accurate communication.
Requirements
Native or fluent Italian (C1 level).
English proficiency (B2 level).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a support environment.
Prior customer service experience is a plus.
