Resolve issues while maintaining high service quality.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions.
Requirements
Native or C1 level Italian proficiency.
B2 level English skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good computer literacy and typing ability.
Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
Customer service experience is considered an advantage.
