- Craft and execute annual business strategies for the CARE Team that align with the overarching goals of the unit.
- Lead the design, development, and rollout of a robust CARE Team framework and associated processes and tools that proactively meet the language, cultural, industry, and transaction management needs of Operations.
- Effectively convey the mission and activities of the CARE Team to both Clients and Operations/Support Groups.
- Champion the ongoing enhancement of the CARE Team's Programs by leveraging both quantitative and qualitative analyses of set objectives, performance outcomes, and industry best practices.
- Facilitate orientation sessions for newly-promoted team members.
