About the job: Operations Compliance Analyst (MOA Pasay) | Hybrid
Work Setup: Hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days WFH) | MOA Pasay**
Work Schedule:** Graveyard shift
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordinating the Internal, External & client-driven audits and preparation thereof
- Manage documentation and control requirements.
- Supporting operations in driving compliance culture across assigned client areas.
- Fairly good knowledge of MS Office Tools · Basic Internet/email usage
- Good logical reasoning and reasonable analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Display high integrity and ethical values.
Qualifications:
- College Graduate
- At least 1 year of ops compliance/audit experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent Excel skills
- Amenable to work on a case-by-case basis in QC and Alabang.
