Requirements:

  • 2nd Year College / 72 Units| Bachelor's Degree (Any Course)

  • 1 year as Quality Analyst in BPO

Essential Functions:
  • Responsible for coordinating the Internal, External & Client Driven Audits and preparation thereof
  • Manage documentation and control requirements.
  • Supporting Operations in driving compliance culture across assigned client areas.

Skills:

  • Fairly good knowledge of MS Office Tools
  • Basic Internet / Email usage
  • Good logical reasoning and reasonable analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Display high integrity and ethical values.
  • Should display confidence and convincing skills.
  • Should be a team player and demonstrate team leadership skills.
  • Should be assertive and result oriented professional.
  • Strong networking capability and interpersonal skills
  • Strong Quantitative / Numerical Aptitude
