Go-to-Market/Sales Operations Coordinator - German &English speaking (REF5200K)
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Go‑to‑Market Lead for Synedra and Digital Health, providing operational and organizational support
- Schedule, coordinate, and prepare meetings related to Go‑to‑Market activities, including agenda creation and consolidation of inputs
- Prepare high‑quality slide decks and presentations for Upper Management and customers
- Support Sales and Account teams by following up on open actions, deadlines, and deliverables
- Contribute to the creation and structuring of customer proposals
- Prepare weekly, bi‑weekly, and monthly management reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Develop and maintain Sales & Marketing materials aligned with Go‑to‑Market needs
- Moderate internal meetings related to Sales and Go‑to‑Market activities, ensuring effective communication and documentation
- Cooperate with cross‑functional teams to support project coordination, tracking, and alignment
- Ensure professional communication and documentation in both English and German
