A leading international company is seeking fluent French speakers to join it's Customer Experience team supporting globally recognized brands. This is a full-time opportunity to build your career in customer support while living and working in beautiful Greece.

Whether providing product assistance, troubleshooting technical issues, or handling account questions, your role will focus on delivering high-quality service with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.

️ Please note: All candidates must relocate to Greece for this role. Remote work may be possible after relocation, depending on the project and team needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in French

• Troubleshoot service or product-related issues

• Log all interactions accurately using internal CRM tools

• Follow brand-specific guidelines and service standards

• Escalate complex cases to relevant internal teams

Candidate Profile

• Fluency in French (C1/C2)

• English at B2 level or higher

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, shift-based environment

• Previous customer service or tech support experience is a plus

• Bachelors degree or equivalent professional background preferred
