Whether providing product assistance, troubleshooting technical issues, or handling account questions, your role will focus on delivering high-quality service with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.

️ Please note: All candidates must relocate to Greece for this role. Remote work may be possible after relocation, depending on the team needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in Spanish

• Troubleshoot service or product-related issues

• Log all interactions accurately using internal CRM tools

• Follow brand-specific guidelines and service standards

• Escalate complex cases to relevant internal teams

 Candidate Profile What the Company Offers 

• Fluency in Spanish (C1/C2 level)

• English at B2 level or higher

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, shift-based environment

• Previous customer service or tech support experience is a plus

• Bachelors degree or equivalent professional background preferred
