About the Job: Account/Process Trainer (Clark) | Onsite
Responsibilities:

  1. Training Needs Analysis:
  • Accurately identify training requirements
  • Provide ongoing floor support to reinforce learning and boost performance
  1. Curriculum and Course Design:
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of course development methodologies from start to finish
  1. Content Development:
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of content creation and apply suitable methodologies
  1. Course Delivery:
  • Utilize effective training delivery techniques and methods
  1. Research Methodology:
  • Possess basic knowledge of research principles to conduct ethical and effective research with guidance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Minimum of 4 years of overall BPO experience, with at least 2 years in a training role within the BPO or shared services industry
  • Preferably have a background or knowledge in Tech Support
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Willing to work in rotating shifts in Clark
  • Must be willing to work onsite
