Provide technical support to customers experiencing database and platform issues while troubleshooting PostgreSQL/TimescaleDB performance across cloud, Kubernetes, and platform features.
Identifying inefficiencies across Sales, Marketing, and RevOps and proactively fixing them.
Owns health, adoption, and expansion signals across ~1,500 customers, drives 1:many engagement and AI-assisted campaigns.
Provide technical support to customers experiencing database and platform issues across PostgreSQL and TimescaleDB, including cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes.

Owns Go-based services and Connectors platform development to enable seamless ingestion/export for TigerData ecosystems.
Owns health, success, and growth of customer portfolio through onboarding, adoption, retention, expansion, and advocacy.
Owns core PostgreSQL-based database development, optimization, and testing for scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.
Owner of AWS partnership strategy, drives co-sell, marketplace and revenue through AWS, then expands to Azure/GCP.
