Learning and Development Partner

We are seeking a proactive and impact-driven Learning & Development (L&D) Partner to design, deliver, and scale learning initiatives that support employee growth, leadership development, and organisational effectiveness. You will partner with leaders and teams across Tines to identify skills and capability gaps, implement learning solutions, and drive a culture of continuous development. This role requires one day per week on-site at our Dublin office.
