Learning Content & Program Delivery \n\n* Design, develop, and curate onboarding and ongoing learning content, including e-learning (Articulate 360), microlearning, presentations, and resources aligned to business needs. \n* Coordinate and deliver new-hire onboarding and orientation sessions, including logistics, scheduling, global calendars, and content updates. \n* Support learning programs end-to-end, including project coordination, communications, surveys, and continuous improvement based on learner feedback and effectiveness metrics. \n\nLearning Systems, Compliance & Analytics \n\n* Support administration of the Learning Hub (LMS/LXP), including system configuration, content management, data integrity, integrations, and vendor coordination. \n* Administer and track mandatory compliance training, ensuring timely completion, accurate records, audit readiness, and alignment with Legal, Compliance, and HR requirements. \n* Assist in maintaining dashboards and reports to measure learning participation, effectiveness, and compliance, translating data into actionable insights. \n\nLearner Enablement & Support \n\n* Guide users in accessing plans and role-based pathways, providing guidance on navigating learning platforms and curated content and increasing adoption. \n* Support learners and escalate complex issuesfor employee inquiries, managing support tickets, troubleshooting issues, and partnering with HR, IT, and vendors for resolution. \n* Develop and maintain self-service resources (FAQs, job aids, knowledge articles) to improve learner experience and reduce support volume. \n\nQualifications: \n\n* Bachelor’s degree preferred required \n* 2+ years of HR or Learning and Development experience \n* Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal \n* Solid understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training delivery techniques \n* Experience with learning management systems (LMS), learning experience systems (LXPs), and e-learning platforms such as Articulate 360 or others \n* Strong attention-to-detail, resourcefulness and drive for innovation \n* Exceptional time, resource management, and organizational skills \n* Ability to prioritize workload and act with appropriate urgency \n* Demonstrated ability to work successfully cross functionally \n* Able to follow guidance and escalate when needed \n* Calm appearance under pressure \n* Ability to brainstorm and contribute ideas \n\nCompany Benefits\n\n* Company stocks\n* Annual merit increase based on performance\n* 15% night shift differential pay\n* Paid Leave with Cash Conversion\n* HMO with free dependents\n* Retirement Plan\n* Life Insurance\n* While on work from home setup: Internet and meal allowance are provided\n* Employee Assistance Program for mental and social well-being\n* Government-mandated Benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, PagIBIG, 13th month pay, Solo parent leave, Special leave for women)
