Nature Of the Account: Support and Leadership
Start Date: ASAP
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite | Cebu
Shift Schedule | Restdays: US Business hours
Educational Requirement: College Graduate
Work Experience:
- At least 5 to 7 years relevant experience
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience
- Advanced Excel experience (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.)
- Report and dashboards creation
Requirements:
- Good working knowledge of computer i.e., MS-Office, Above average MS Excel knowledge is required.
- Excellent verbal & written communication & presentation skills
- Good Interpersonal & people management skills with good problem solving approach.
- Expert knowledge of service procedures
- Good analytical skills for MIS, number crunching & reporting to internal & external customers.
- WFM Tool Competency (IEX, eWFM , etc..)
- RTA/ MIS Experience is advantageous.
- Can work with minimal supervision and has initiative.
