Customer Service Agent - German

As Customer Service Agent you will support our customers to ensure the quality of the services provided through different channels (email, phone, etc). The duties you will perform day-to-day basis are as follows:

  • Connect with customers: follow-up with customers after their service or product experience to ensure they’re happy and gather their feedback.
  • Solve problems & answer questions: Be the go-to person for customers who need support, offering solutions and turning challenges into positive outcomes.
  • Drive customer satisfaction: Collect insights, suggest improvements, and collaborate with teams to deliver top-notch service.
  • Upsell with ease: Recommend products or services that match customer needs and add value to their experience.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in German (native or advanced) with strong English communication skills.
  • Great communicator: You know how to speak with people, both on the phone and through written messages, and you love making connections.
  • Build rapport with customers
  • Detail-oriented & organized
  • Tech-savvy: You are comfortable using customer management software (CRM) to track and manage interactions.
  • Experience is a plus: If you’ve worked in customer service, sales, or any people-focused role before, that’s even better!

Additional Information

  • Full-time indefinite contract. 40 hours a week.
