Role Summary
Location: Warsaw (Relocation Required)
The Regional QA Director for Poland is responsible for the quality, consistency, and readiness of QA delivery within Testronic’s operation.
This role owns the full spectrum of QA execution from day-to-day delivery on the test floor to leadership development and long-term capability building. The Regional QA Director drives excellence in how testing is planned, executed, and reported, while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
This is a hands-on operational leadership position. In its initial phase, the focus will be directly engaging with teams on the floor to strengthen testing performance, elevate lead execution, and refine delivery processes.
As core operations mature, the scope will expand to include strategic process design, data- driven optimization, and regional alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership & Delivery
- Lead and oversee day today QA delivery to ensure testing accuracy, depth, and consistency with industry standards.
- Coach and develop QA Leads and Senior Leads to drive strong communication, risk awareness, and accountability across projects.
- Establish standardized definitions of performance and delivery quality so that results are consistent and repeatable
- Foster a work environment that prioritizes team retention, growth, and leadership readiness.
Data-Driven Quality Management
- Define and own QA performance metrics including quality, throughput, rework, and issue discovery rates.
- Use data and trend analysis to identify risks early and implement proactive solutions before client impact occurs.
- Continuously refine workflows and reporting methods based on measurable performance data.
People Development & Talent Readiness
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and L&D to define role expectations and close skill gaps across QA roles.
- Build and maintain a structured training and onboarding framework that prepares new testers and leads for success.
- Create a scalable pipeline of lead-ready talent to support ongoing growth and reduce dependency on external hires.
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Collaborate closely with Program Management and Account Management leadership to stay aligned on project needs, delivery timelines, and resource planning.
- Work with IT, Data, InfoSec, and Operations teams to ensure testing environments and tooling support consistent, secure, and efficient QA execution.

Deep background in QA leadership within complex, high-volume testing operations (video-game QA preferred, software QA considered).
Demonstrated experience leading QA Leads and Senior Leads, setting clear expectations for delivery and performance.
Strong knowledge of testing fundamentals, test planning, defect management, risk assessment, and reporting.
Proven ability to standardize QA processes and implement repeatable workflows across teams.
Expertise in coaching and developing team members to build leadership capacity internally.
Data-driven decision-maker who defines and acts on KPIs to optimize efficiency and output.
Clear, confident communicator able to translate technical issues into business implications.
Ability to work on-site and engage closely with test teams and senior leadership.
Proven ability to maximize team utilization while maintaining quality standards.
Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on operational efficiency and revenue optimization.
