We're looking for a team player who is ready to contribute to our mission, just like you!\n\nAccount specific roles & responsibilities:\n\n* Review and process online insurance-related queries in a timely manner\n* Verify patient insurance benefits and eligibility through payer portals\n* Print and document eligibility details from insurance portals\n* Contact insurance companies to confirm coverage accuracy and appropriateness\n* Obtain proof of eligibility and reference or confirmation numbers\n* Ensure all verified information is accurately updated in internal systems\n* Maintain compliance with company policies and insurance regulations\n\n* 6 months - 1 year BPO experience in a US Healthcare account\n* Good working knowledge with medical billing\n* Familiar with US Healthcare Insurance (Medicare, Medicaid)\n* Excellent verbal & written English skills\n* Ability to display empathy and patience in addressing customer concerns\n* Strong problem-solving skills\n* Adaptability to a changing work environment\n* Ability to remain calm under pressure\n* Proficiency in using computer systems & relevant software\n* Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong\n* Amenable working night shift
