Account specific roles & responsibilities:**

Verify patient insurance coverage and process insurance claims efficiently
Handle claims concerns, including follow-ups, corrections, and resolutions
Create, submit, and track insurance claims and appeals
Communicate with insurance providers, residents/patients, and relevant departments regarding billing and claims issues
Prepare and manage medical billing functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Maintain up-to-date records of claims, billing activities, and insurance information
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies

Requirements

6 months - 1 year BPO experience in a US Healthcare account
Good working knowledge with Medical Billing (Claims, Benefits, Appeals)
Excellent verbal & written English skills
Ability to display empathy and patience in addressing customer concerns
Strong problem-solving skills
Adaptability to a changing work environment
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Proficiency in using computer systems & relevant software
Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong
Amenable working night shift
