Associate SAP Support Consultant - SAP Cloud ERP (SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate SAP Support Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will support our clients on the SAP Cloud ERP (previously known as SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud) platform by resolving incidents, troubleshooting system issues, and assisting in configuration changes under guidance. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior-level SAP professional to grow in a fast-paced, cloud-first SAP environment. The candidate must be Durban based.

Responsibilities

Provide functional and technical support for SAP Cloud ERP modules (e.g. Finance, Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, etc.) Resolve user-reported issues and service requests Assist with configuration changes and system testing Support data migration, master data maintenance, and integration activities Collaborate with senior consultants and the SAP team to ensure timely incident resolution Document solutions, processes, and known errors Stay updated with quarterly release changes and contribute to release testing

Requirements

SAP Cloud ERP (Public Cloud) Certification (proof will be requested) SAP Cross functional experience in SAP Cloud ERP (Public Cloud) Modules Excellent communication skills Effective and efficient workload management Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
