Responsibilities:

As Collection Analyst, you will be responsible for the following:

Prepare regular reports on collection metrics, including flow rates, recovery rates, Collection productivity and effectiveness, and other relevant KPIs.
Monitoring Collection performance on daily basis and identify problem if any.
Analyze collection data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement. Perform in-depth analysis when needed and report to management for necessarily follow up action.
Participate on new program/strategy launch and process change implementation. Collaborate with other related function to ensure the implementation is delivered smoothly.
Work with Data Science team for advance analytics and exploring ideas for improvement.

Minimum qualifications:

3+ years of experience in collections, credit risk management, or a similar analytical role in the financial services sector.
Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python, or R).
Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong in communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to contribute consistently and positively in a fast-paced environment.
