About the job Collection Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Prepare regular reports on collection metrics, including flow rates, recovery rates, Collection productivity and effectiveness, and other relevant KPIs.
• Monitoring Collection performance on daily basis and identify problem if any
• Analyze collection data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement. Perform in-depth analysis when needed and report to management for necessarily follow up action.
• Participate on new program/strategy launch and process change implementation. Collaborate with other related function to ensure the implementation is delivered smoothly
• Work with Data Science team for advance analytics and exploring ideas for improvement

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in collections, credit risk management, or a similar analytical role in the financial services sector.
• Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python, or R).
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong in communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to contribute consistently and positively in a fast-paced environment.
