Founders Associate

We’re looking for a highly organized, analytical, and proactive Founder’s Associate to work directly with the CEO and help drive execution across multiple companies.

In this role, you will act as a strategic operator and execution partner, translating high-level ideas into structured plans, systems, and results. You’ll manage cross-company projects, implement operational processes, build internal dashboards and documentation, and help remove operational bottlenecks so the founder and teams can focus on growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Project Execution • Drive execution of high-priority initiatives across real estate, hospitality, and SaaS ventures. • Translate high-level strategic ideas from the founder into clear plans, timelines, and deliverables. • Own projects end-to-end, ensuring successful implementation and measurable outcomes. • Help accelerate execution velocity across multiple business initiatives.

Operations & Systems Development • Design and implement scalable operational systems, SOPs, and playbooks. • Build and maintain a centralized operations hub and knowledge base. • Identify inefficiencies and improve workflows through automation and process optimization. • Implement systems that allow the companies to scale efficiently.

Cross-Functional Coordination • Coordinate projects between internal teams, contractors, vendors, developers, and partners. • Ensure initiatives remain aligned across different business units. • Track project timelines, progress, and deliverables to maintain execution momentum.

Data, Reporting & Insights • Build dashboards and reporting systems to track business performance and operational metrics. • Organize operational data across ventures and surface actionable insights. • Support strategic decision-making through research, analytics, and reporting.

Growth & Opportunity Development • Conduct market research and competitive analysis across real estate, hospitality, and SaaS sectors. • Identify potential growth opportunities, partnerships, and new product initiatives. • Assist with launching and scaling new ventures and initiatives.

Founder Support • Act as a trusted operational partner to the CEO. • Manage priorities, coordinate projects, and ensure consistent follow-through. • Take ownership of complex tasks requiring judgment, initiative, and problem-solving. • Increase founder leverage by removing operational bottlenecks.

Core Qualifications • Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills. • Exceptional organization and project management abilities. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work in fast-paced startup environments with shifting priorities. • Self-starter mindset with a proactive approach to solving problems. • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Professional Experience • Background in consulting, startup operations, strategy, or venture-backed companies is highly preferred. • Experience building SOPs, operational systems, or documentation frameworks. • Strong understanding of business operations, project management, and scaling processes.

Tools & Technology • Experience using AI tools for productivity and automation. • Familiarity with: CRM platforms (HubSpot, GoHighLevel), Google Workspace, Notion or documentation systems, Slack, Automation tools such as Zapier or n8n

Preferred Experience • Experience in real estate, hospitality, or short-term rental operations. • Familiarity with STR tools such as Guesty, Conduit, Breezeway, or SuiteOp. • Bilingual English / Spanish is a plus. • Experience working with high-growth startups or founder-led companies
