Position: Founder’s Associate / Operations Manager (ABA)

Location: Remote (Working US Hours - 9am-5pm EST)
Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Support the Founder in daily operations and strategic planning, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Coordinate and oversee the operational functions of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), including program implementation and compliance.
Manage and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency and support scaling of services.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor treatment plans, ensuring quality and effectiveness.
Assist in the recruitment, training, and management of staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Conduct research and analysis to evaluate operational performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Serve as a point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional customer service and communication.
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Psychology, or a related field; Master's preferred.
3+ years of experience in operations management, ideally within the healthcare or ABA sector.
Strong knowledge of ABA principles and practices is a plus.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management tools.
