Junior Account Executive - AI Scale Up - London
We’re looking for a driven, curious, and impact-focused Account Executive to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth across mid-market and enterprise accounts by helping organisations automate their ERP processes with AI. At blp, you’ll take full ownership of the sales cycle - from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and close - and directly shape how the next generation of companies operates.
You’ll engage with senior decision-makers (CFOs, CIOs, CPOs, COOs) to uncover challenges, design tailored solutions, and position blp’s platform as a strategic enabler of efficiency and insight. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and customer success to deliver exceptional value throughout the customer journey.
What you’ll do
• Drive new business by building, managing, and closing a strong pipeline of opportunities.
• Lead high-impact sales engagements from first contact to signed contract, managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Deliver compelling demos and presentations that translate business challenges into clear value propositions.
• Negotiate multi-year SaaS agreements (typically CHF/EUR 100K+) with executive decision-makers.
• Build long-term, trust-based relationships and act as a strategic partner to your customers.
• Maintain an active, structured pipeline with consistent outreach, forecasting accuracy, and disciplined follow-through.
• Stay ahead of ERP and AI automation trends to effectively position blp against competitors and align with customer needs.
