Lead Generator / Lead Qualifier / Appointment Setter – NSW Residential Construction (Remote)\n\nRemote | Full-Time | AU Hours | NSW Construction Experience Essential\n\nOutsourcedIn is partnering with a NSW-based residential builder to hire an experienced Lead Generator / Appointment Setter to support their sales pipeline.\n\nThis role requires direct experience generating and qualifying leads for NSW residential builders or construction-related businesses.\n\nYou must understand NSW residential build pathways, approval timelines, and homeowner decision-making processes.\n\nProven NSW building / construction lead generation experience is ESSENTIAL.\n\nAbout the Role\n------------------\n\nYou will be responsible for generating, qualifying, and booking high-intent homeowner and developer leads into the builders calendar. It requires strong familiarity with NSW residential construction terminology and client qualification workflows.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n------------------------\n### Lead Generation\n\n* Generate new leads via:\r\n \r\n * Outbound calling\r\n \r\n * Email outreach\r\n \r\n * Online enquiries and databases\r\n \r\n * Builder-provided lead sources\r\n \r\n* Target:\r\n\n * NSW homeowners\r\n \n * Investors\r\n \n * Landowners\r\n \n * Small developers\r\n \r\n### Lead Qualification\n\n* Qualify leads based on:\r\n\n * NSW location\r\n \n * Build type (new home, duplex, townhouse, small development)\r\n \n * Budget range and funding readiness\r\n \n * Land status (owned, under contract, searching)\r\n \n * Build timeframe and approval awareness\r\n \n* Ask structured qualification questions aligned with NSW residential workflows\r\n\n* Disqualify early-stage or non-serious enquiries\r\n \r\n### Appointment Setting\n\n* Book qualified appointments (phone, video, face-to-face where applicable)\r\n \n* Confirm and follow up appointments to maximise show-up rates\r\n\n* Ensure all appointments are properly qualified and documented\r\n \r\n### CRM & Reporting\n\n* Maintain accurate CRM records including:\r\n \n * Call notes\r\n \r\n * Qualification status\r\n \r\n * Appointment outcomes\r\n\n* Provide daily and weekly activity reports:\r\n\n * Calls made\r\n \r\n * Leads qualified\r\n \r\n * Appointments booked and attended
