Lead Generation & Lead Qualification (Residential Real Estate NSW)\n----------------------------------------------------------------------\n\n### Role Overview\n\nWe are seeking a proactive Lead Generation & Lead Qualification Specialist to support residential real estate agents across NSW. \nThis role focuses on identifying homeowners, buyers, investors, and landlords, initiating outreach, qualifying opportunities, and booking property appraisals and inspections.\n\nThe specialist ensures agents receive high-quality, ready-to-convert leads.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n\nLead Generation\n* Research homeowners considering selling in target suburbs\n\t* Identify buyers, investors, and landlords through portals and databases\n* Source leads via social media, CRM, open home lists, expired listings, and prospecting tools\n* Execute outbound outreach (calls, email, SMS, LinkedIn)\n\nLead Qualification\n\n* Assess readiness to buy, sell, or lease\n* Capture key details: budget, timeline, suburb, finance status, motivation\n* Score and prioritise hot and warm leads\n* Maintain consistent follow-ups and nurturing\n\nAppointment Setting\n* Book listing presentations and property appraisals\n* Schedule inspections and buyer consultations\n* Provide detailed lead notes for agents\n\nCRM & Reporting\n* Maintain accurate pipeline records\n* Track lead activity and conversion metrics\n* Prepare weekly performance reports\n\n### Requirements\n\n* 2–5+ years lead generation experience in Australian residential real estate (NSW preferred)\n\t\n* Strong CRM experience (Agentbox, Rex, VaultRE, HubSpot, Pipedrive)\n\t\n* Understanding of buyer/seller lifecycle\n\t\n* Strong communication and rapport-building skills\n\t\n* Comfortable working with KPIs and targets\n\nPreferred\n\n* Experience supporting sales agents directly\n\t\n* Experience with appraisal booking\n\t\n* Knowledge of NSW suburbs and market trends
