Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Agent
Greece | Remote (within Greece) / Athens (Relocation) | Start Date: March / April / May

Are you a native-level Dutch speaker (C2) with strong English skills (B2–C2) and looking to grow your career with a well-established global digital services company? This is a full-time customer support role serving international users in Dutch and English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve account, service, and general support queries

  • Deliver a professional and empathetic customer experience

  • Meet quality, productivity, and compliance standards

Requirements

  • Dutch proficiency C2 (spoken & written)

  • English proficiency B2–C2

  • Customer service experience advantageous

  • Willingness to relocate to Athens if required

Whats on Offer

  • Salary: EUR 1300–1500 gross per month - salary paid x14 per calendar year + x14 bonuses as well
