About the Role

We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agent to join our team in Athens and support one of the worlds leading airlines. In this role, you will provide professional assistance to business partners, travel agencies, and corporate clients.

Most communication will be handled through email (approximately 80%), with the remaining 20% via phone. You will manage a variety of requests, including booking inquiries, ticket changes, refunds, special service requests, and group travel support.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide product guidance and support regarding airline services and online portals

  • Assist business partners with booking changes, cancellations, and refunds

  • Process ticket issuance and service bookings using internal ticketing systems

  • Support requests related to mileage registration and ticket upgrades

  • Handle special requests such as medical assistance and service support

  • Process manual refunds and booking adjustments

  • Manage name corrections and travel requirement inquiries

  • Handle complex travel scenarios, including airline schedule changes and voluntary booking modifications

  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow up on open requests

Candidate Requirements

  • Dutch language proficiency (C1 or near-native)

  • English proficiency (B2 or higher) for training and internal communication

  • High school diploma (or higher) and at least 6 months of customer service experience

  • Strong written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset

  • Solid computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office

  • Ability to multitask and manage complex requests efficiently

  • Excellent attention to detail, especially for group bookings and travel support tasks

  • Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute with high accuracy
