We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Strategist to drive impactful content initiatives across digital platforms. Based in Delhi, this full-time role is ideal for someone who can blend strategic thinking with strong execution skills in content planning, management, and copywriting. You will be responsible for shaping content that aligns with business goals, enhances brand voice, and engages target audiences effectively.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end content lifecycle—from ideation and planning to creation, optimization, and performance tracking. You will collaborate closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure that all content is consistent, compelling, and aligned with overall brand strategy. A strong understanding of audience behavior, storytelling, and digital trends is essential to succeed in this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand and business objectives
- Plan and manage content calendars across multiple platforms and campaigns
- Create high-quality, engaging, and conversion-focused content including blogs, social media posts, website copy, and marketing materials
- Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and messaging across all communication channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with campaigns and product initiatives
- Manage content workflows, approvals, and publishing schedules efficiently
- Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to refine content strategy
- Optimize content for SEO and digital performance
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to improve engagement and ROI
- Repurpose and adapt content for different platforms and audience segments
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into content strategies
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 1+ year of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or copywriting
- Strong skills in content planning, management, and execution
- Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail
