(Senior) Account Manager, Managed Clients
At Testronic, we don’t just provide services; we architect quality. We are moving beyond traditional QA into Outcome-Led Governance.
We are looking for a (Senior) Account Manager, Managed Clients, a high-level consultant and commercial driver who can navigate the complexities of AAA game development to deliver measurable ROI.
You aren't here to manage a desk; you are here to lead a transformation in how our clients view Quality, Localization, and Risk.
Key Responsibilities
Own the Strategic Roadmap: Shift the relationship from "vendor" to "partner" by aligning Testronic’s capabilities with the client’s long-term product ROI.
Drive Outcome-Led Growth: Identify and execute complex cross-sell opportunities that solve structural quality bottlenecks and mitigate high-stakes development risks.
Navigate Complex Stakeholder Maps: Build and influence networks across Client Leadership (CTOs, Studio Heads) and Production, ensuring Testronic is integrated into the decision-making loop.
Implement Quality Governance: Lead the adoption of "Shift Left" readiness and design frameworks, challenging client status quo when processes threaten delivery or player experience.
Translate Data into Value: Shift reporting from "Reactive KPIs" (bug counts) to "Leading Indicators" (risk heat-maps), providing actionable business intelligence.
Bridge the Dev-Ops Divide: Collaborate with internal Ops and PMs to ensure "Quality by Design" is executed, holding all teams accountable to shared outcomes.
Market Intelligence Advocacy: Act as a "Thought Partner," advising clients on how to evolve strategies ahead of industry shifts like AI integration and the $100 game economy.
Strategic Sales Excellence: 5+ years of consultative account management in AAA games/tech. Proven track record of value-based selling, not price-cutting.
Technical Fluency (Mandatory): Deep understanding of the SDLC and QA/Loc methodologies. You must speak "Technical Director" fluently.
The Challenger Mindset: A documented history of identifying client bottlenecks and pitching unconventional solutions. You are the "expert in the room."
Analytical Narrative Power: Ability to synthesize complex production data into a compelling story of risk mitigation.
Operational Bridge-Building: Experience aligning client expectations with internal delivery to protect both margins and reputation.
Commercial Assertiveness: Superior negotiation skills and a "results-first" orientation.
Industry Influence: Shape the quality strategy for the world's most recognized entertainment brands.
High-Stakes Autonomy: A dynamic, international environment where strategic impact is rewarded over mere activity.
Growth: Access to senior leadership and mentorship in a company defining the future of QA
Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives.
