Freelance Trainer & Associate Consultant (Luxury Retail / Customer Experience)
This is not a generic training role. You are expected to deliver impactful training and translate business challenges into actionable behaviors.
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery (Core): Deliver workshops for frontline and managers on service excellence, VIC clienteling, sales and leadership.
Business Translation: Translate business issues into behavioral standards and training solutions linked to KPIs.
Content Adaptation: Customize CXG frameworks and localize for APAC.
Light Consulting Support: Support workshops and provide structured feedback.
Mandatory Requirements (Non-negotiable)
Luxury / Premium Brand Experience: Must have hands-on experience (retail, clienteling, L&D).
Training Experience: Experience training frontline and managers with strong facilitation skills.
Business Understanding: Ability to connect training with business outcomes.
Preferred Profile
Store manager / L&D / consulting experience preferred.
Extensive experience in the automotive industry highly preferred.
Language: Japanese & English delivery
