We are looking for an experienced and skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our client's global Cloud Operations team. This role focuses on delivering reliable, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure across public and multi-cloud environments, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Azure. You will provide advanced Level 3 systems support, build and maintain Azure environments, and ensure operational excellence across cloud services. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, implementing automation and Infrastructure-as-Code practices, and continuously improving service delivery in line with ITIL standards. The ideal candidate possesses strong Azure infrastructure expertise, exceptional troubleshooting abilities, and a proactive approach to driving service and process improvements. Beyond technical support, you will play an active role in mentoring peers, managing customer engagements, and contributing to strategic discussions that shape the future direction of cloud operations and services.
