We are looking for an experienced and strategic Cyber Data & Tech Risk Managed Services Director to join our client's team and lead cybersecurity managed services operations. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through complex cyber challenges while overseeing high-performing teams to deliver secure and innovative solutions. You will leverage your leadership, technical expertise, and strategic vision to drive business growth, enhance client satisfaction, and foster a collaborative, forward-thinking cybersecurity environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the cybersecurity managed services team to ensure effective service delivery across multiple domains.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and operational excellence.
Maintain executive-level client relationships to enhance trust and satisfaction.
Mentor and develop future leaders within the cybersecurity domain.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement among team members.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, professional codes of conduct, and cybersecurity best practices.
Analyze performance metrics to identify gaps and opportunities for operational enhancement.
Promote a proactive approach to risk management, incident response, and security solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
14+ years of solid experience in cybersecurity operations (SOC, IAM, VM, SecOps) with multi-domain management
Security certifications (e.g., Security+, CEH, CISM)
Proven leadership in building, mentoring, and managing diverse, high-performing teams
Experience developing and implementing new service offerings and leveraging automation technologies
Understanding of consulting and managed services delivery models
Excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills
Can start immediately, if possible
