Work Setup: Hybrid (3x / week onsite) | Makati

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8am-5pm)

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Partnership & Leadership:

Build and maintain strong relationships with business unit leaders (e.g., Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing) to understand their goals, challenges, and operational processes.
Develop and own the technology roadmap for assigned business domains, aligning it with the overall corporate strategy.

2. Solution Discovery & Delivery:

Oversee the entire lifecycle of business solution projects, from initial concept and business case development through to implementation and post-launch support.
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, document detailed user stories, and define scope for new initiatives.

3. Project & Portfolio Management:

Manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Define project success criteria, KPIs, and metrics, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

4. Business Process Optimization:

Analyze and model current and future-state business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Champion change management initiatives to ensure high user adoption and realization of business benefits.

Required:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, computer science, or a related field.
7+ years of progressive experience in a business analysis, solutions architecture, or IT consulting role, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
Proven experience leading the implementation of enterprise software (e.g., ERP, CRM, HCM) and/or custom application development projects.
Strong understanding of various software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Demonstrated experience in business case development, financial modeling, and ROI analysis.
