About the job: IT Business Intelligence Manager (Hybrid) | Makati\n\nWork Setup: Hybrid (3x / week onsite) | Makati\n\nWork Schedule: Monday to Friday (8am-5pm)\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n1. BI Strategy & Leadership:\n* Develop and execute a comprehensive BI strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.\n* Lead, mentor, and grow a team of BI developers, data analysts, and data engineers.\n\n2. Data Architecture & Engineering:\n* Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the enterprise data warehouse and data marts.\n* Ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of the BI infrastructure (ETL/ELT processes, data models).\n\n3. Analytics & Development:\n* Lead the development of enterprise-level reports, dashboards, and self-service analytics tools.\n* Partner with business leaders (e.g., in Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations) to identify KPIs and analytical needs.\n\n4. Operations & Project Management:\n* Manage the BI project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.\n* Ensure the BI environment meets SLAs for data refresh, availability, and performance.\n\nQualifications & Experience\n\nRequired:\n\n* Bachelor's degree in data analytics, computer science, information systems, business, or a related field.\n* 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, data engineering, or analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.\n\nProven experience in:\n\n* Managing a modern data stack (e.g., ETL tools, cloud data warehouses like Snowflake/BigQuery, and BI visualization tools like Power BI/Tableau).\n* Data modeling (dimensional modeling, star/snowflake schemas) and SQL.\n* Leading end-to-end BI project delivery.\n* Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security principles.\n\nPreferred:\n\n* Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst, Tableau Certified Associate, cloud data engineering certs).\n* Experience with advanced analytics, data science concepts, or machine learning.\n* Proficiency in a programming language such as Python or R for data manipulation.
