The Senior Client Solution Manager is responsible for building and nurturing strategic partnerships with a portfolio of key advertisers, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client success on the Pinterest platform. This role demands a highly strategic individual with exceptional relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of digital advertising, and a passion for the retail industry. What you will be doing: Become an expert on Pinterest's advertising products and best practices, particularly lower-funnel solutions. Educate clients on product features and benefits. Develop and execute strategic account plans for major advertisers, aligned with their business objectives and marketing goals. Proactively identify growth opportunities and address challenges. Proactively cultivate and sustain strong, long-term relationships with key client decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their unique needs and provide expert guidance and support. Drive revenue growth through effective account management, upselling, and cross-selling. Meet and exceed revenue targets. Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve client ROI. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients. Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams, including Engineering, Measurement & Insights, Product Marketing, Creative Strategy, and Performance Solutions, to ensure client needs are met. Mentor and guide other account managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Share best practices and provide ongoing support. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and the evolving digital advertising landscape.
