At least 8 years of experience in BPO/BPM, with a proven track record in customer service operations in a managerial capacity
Prior experience in solution design is preferred
Knowledgeable about contact center operations, RFP processes, and bid management
Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig

Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Develop tailored solutions specific to client needs to facilitate client interaction sessions
Market and Competitive Analysis: Collect, analyze, and synthesize market intelligence within a particular domain or market, providing insights on gaps to contribute to market intelligence and gap analysis reports
Ongoing Process Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to meet project objectives
Contract Negotiation: Prepare and review the Statement of Work (SOW) to define contractual terms for specific solutions
Collateral Development: Lead and guide team members in creating marketing materials such as flyers, case studies, and other collateral
