Position Overview:

The HR Intern at Datamark, Inc. will support the Human Resources department in various administrative and operational tasks. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administration. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, detail-oriented, and a team player.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings and screening resumes.
  • Help coordinate and conduct new hire orientations and onboarding activities.
  • Maintain employee records and update the HR database as necessary.
  • Support HR team in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions.
  • Assist in compiling and analyzing HR metrics and reports.
  • Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Perform administrative tasks to support the HR department as needed.

Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Previous internship or relevant coursework in HR is a plus but not required.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred.

Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.

Other Qualifications: Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively within a team environment.
