We are looking for a motivated HR Executive – Talent Acquisition to support end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sourcing, candidate interaction, and closing mandates while working remotely in a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for non-IT positions including sales, marketing, HR, operations, finance, and more
  • Identify candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and internal databases
  • Evaluate profiles, conduct initial interviews, and determine candidate suitability
  • Arrange interviews between clients and prospective candidates
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and keep recruitment trackers up to date
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the offer stage and onboarding process
  • Develop strong relationships with candidates to ensure a high rate of successful placements

Candidate Profile

  • 1–3 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Prior experience in consultancy or agency recruitment is preferred
  • Proficient sourcing abilities using LinkedIn and various job portals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capable of handling multiple job openings concurrently
