In this role, you will work closely with sales and partner teams to help position the value of our SaaS offerings, conduct product demonstrations, and support solution design through the sales cycle.\n\nThis role is ideal for channel partners and distributors looking to build strong pre-sales capabilities to support enterprise customers\n\nThis role will report to Techincal Manager\n\nAs the Pre sales engineer you will:\n\n* Support sales and account managers by qualifying technical requirements and guiding prospects through solution fit.\n* Deliver engaging product demonstrations and manage Proof-of-Concepts (POCs).\n* Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer environments and propose appropriate cloud backup and data protection solutions\n* Assist in responding to RFPs, proposals, and technical queries\n* Provide feedback to the product and sales teams based on field interactions\n* Stay updated on product releases, competitive landscape, and industry trends related to cloud backup, disaster recovery, and SaaS data security.
